fitforall 100km Challenge · 2 November 2009

Victim Support is an independent charity. We are dedicated to supporting people affected by crime and traumatic incidents in England and Wales and we put them at the heart of our organisation. We provide specialist help and services to support people to cope and recover.

Story

I'm taking part in a challenge organised by fitforall, my local gym. The challenge is to travel 100km over 7 weeks, using the indoor cardio equipment - so I'll be putting in the mileage on the treadmill, cycle, and rowing machine. In fact, I've decided 100km doesn't sound challenging enough, so I'm aiming for 200km. After all, I've got no excuse not to be there pretty much every day, the gym's right at the top of my road! The challenge starts on Monday 2nd November.

Update - Saturday 21st November - I've been going for almost 3 weeks, and I've just completed my 100km so I'm well on target to complete the 200km! It's good fun

All the money I raise will be going to the Sussex branch of Victim Support, the charity which supports victims and witnesses of crime. Thanks for your support, it's really appreciated.
