I will be undertaking this challenge in October 2009, however my sponsorship money ideally needs to be raised by July 2009 in order that all of my arrangements in Jordan can be undertaken.  Basically the challenge will be to cycle several hundred kilomtres through Jordan, however it wont all be hard work as we will be lucky enough to visit Petra, Roberts Rock, the Dead Sea and many other spectacular scenes enroute.

Obviously it will be hot, my bum will be sore, but it should be worth it, not just for my sense of achievement but because of the monies raised for this fabulous cause!

I will be keeping you all informed as to how my training is going and whether my backside gets less sore!
