This year I am putting my 'fitness' efforts into something worth while and have decided to run the Cardiff Half Marathon on 18th October 2009 (This is my main race, however am doing a few others this summer in preparation) for what I believe to be a very worthy cause!! I’m sure you will agree that it is a very worthwhile cause, but one which often gets overlooked. Help me give something back to the brave servicemen of our country by sponsoring me on this event. Even a small donation of a few pounds could make a big difference to their and their families lives.
