Story
Having just finished my A Levels, I am embarking on a Gap Year before going to Liverpool University to study law. As part of this year, I am aiming to climb Mount Kilimanjaro to raise money for Walsall Hospice. This is a local charity that I care about very much. I am hoping to raise over £1000 to help equip the new hospice.
Mount Kilimanjaro is in Tanzania and is the highest mountain in Africa, and the world's highest freestanding mountain. It is 19,340 ft above sea level and when climbing it I will encounter moorland, rainforest and glaciers. I will most likely experience altitude sickness on the way up!
Please donate now and help me reach my target. I will keep you updated on my progress and training as best I can, as between now and then I am going to Cambodia to teach English.
