The Centre has been running for 23 years and is financed from collections, donations and contributions. It provides Oxygen Therapy, Physiotherapy and other alternative therapies to help people manage some of the symptoms associated with MS and hopefully improve quality of life. This is achieved within a warm, friendly and caring environment where people can talk to others that understand.

I am taking part in a few of “Foxy’s Challenges” this year in a bid to help him raise a whopping £25,000, for me it will be a 150km cycle round the Brecon Beacons and the Snowdonia marathon later in the year - I ducked his swimming challenge - to cross Swansea bay - given that I only have my 25m badge !
