I have never run any distance before...I am inherently lazy and will avoid excess movement at all costs (I do not count dragging myself around the Oldbury fun run in order to collapse in the pub with a few wines as running!).

However this has all changed in recent weeks as my training has begun! Please sponsor me to run 10k and sustain my fitness regime until July...and perhaps beyond!

Samaritans really is a great charity and needs your support, plus having not done a sponsored charity event for about 20 years I am well over due for asking people to dig deep ;-)
