John and I are taking part in a 28 mile bikeathon to raise money for leukaemia and lymphoma research.  Ever since my friend Sarah was ill with leukaemia we have been acutely aware of the importance of fundraising for this wonderful charity.  Having recently been to a charity ball organized by Sarah herself we have been inspired to do something amazing.  You can help too by sponsoring us to complete this gruelling ride.  I feel padded pants coming on for John!
