Hi everyone. Thanks for visiting my fundraising page. Something crazy happened to me in March last year. I had the bright idea of organising a charity ball for 280 guests in London in March 2009 in aid of Anorexia & Bulimia Care and I decided I would do it on my own. I have always loved a challenge and this is proving to be a big one so I hope you will feel my efforts deserve some reward!

I have been pleasantly surprised at the level of support for the ball so far from friends, acquaintances and corporations who have taken tables at the ball, offered sponsorship, prizes and taken adverts in our ball brochure. This page is for those of you who can't directly help with the ball but would like to make a small donation to this excellent cause.

Why am I doing it? Most of you know my eldest son nearly died from anorexia 6 years ago. Thankfully he has made a full recovery but we know how frightening and isolated we felt when he was ill. At ABC we help hundreds of families every week who are faced with the awful reality of an eating disorder but we struggle to meet demand. Eating disorders and related illnesses are on the increase and so please help us to help families affected.
