Hello!

2018 marks my 30th birthday and on 21st October 2018, 10 years since we lost my beautiful sister Alex. So far, I've raised over £4000 with your support for Clic Sargent, an incredible charity that supported my family hugely during Alex's battle and this year, I'd like to raise some more!

I'm running 30 runs before 30 - and this includes a mix of 10k's, 10 milers and half-marathons! I've already signed up to the runs, including the Bristol Half with the Clic Sargent team! The challenge ends on 21st October with the Great South Run - 10 miles - and 10 years to the day we lost Al.

I'm no natural runner, so this is a great challenge for me, but the cake, sweets and bling at the finish line as well as it being for a worthy cause is getting me through!

On a serious note, our family are hugely indebted to Clic for the charity's unbelievable support. Having a charity there to help - including providing a house we could stay at near Southampton Hospital where Alex was - meant we could be there for her.

Not a day doesn't go by when I don't think about Alex. Please, please sponsor, whether it's 30 pence per run (£9), 50 pence per run (£15) or £1 per run (£30), all goes towards helping more young people and their families fight cancer.
