Hello Everyone!

I am doing a sponsored 0.5 mile Canoe stint & 8 mile walk/Run on 18th October for The Muscular Dystrophy Campaign Charity.

This is a charity that is close to my heart as my brother has a form of this called Beca Dystrophy.

I am trying to raise in excess of £200 and would really appreciate any support from my friends & family.
