CELEBRATION... Vicki and I ran accross the finish line, hand in hand, after running the whole way together, on November 4th in New York, in 4 hours and 7 minutes and 6 seconds.

It was amazing. I will write more soon...

September 23rd 2007... I am training for the Bikram Yoga Championships on December 1st, as well as the New York Marathon. I love my yoga as it has really helped keep my knees strong and flexible.

September 16th 2007... Training is going really well. I have been doing Bikram yoga almost eveyday, sometimes twice a day and gradually stepping up the running. I am so excited and feel privilaged to be able to make a difference in the world.

I have been doing the yoga and the singing, but I've been slacking in the running. Time to step things up a notch. My pal Vicki and I will be running all the way to New York.
