I know many of you are probably fed up of me asking you to reach into your pockets but please please please help me with this one. Until just over a week ago I didn't even own a bike let alone frequently ride long distances. On a friends advice I bought a superb bike but am still getting used to the whole clip your feet in thing. The guy in the shop said you will only fail to unclip your feet once - NO thats not true I have managed it many times and have the bruises to prove it! Anyway cycling isn't my strength this is really going to be much more of a challenge than any running event and I have to wear lycra!  (And probably have photos taken of me in lycra) And of course its for my favourite charity so please support me.
