Unfortunately most of us know someone whose life has been touched by cancer. You may even know someone who is living with cancer or has sadly died of a cancer illness recently.  Action Cancer are committed to saving lives and supporting people affected by cancer in our community.  They must raise £3.6 million per year to operate their life saving services. By making a pledge to support us you will be doing your bit to fight cancer. You can help them save lives now and into the future. Your donation can help them fund awareness campaigns which promote early detection of cancers, which if caught early can be treated successfully and your donation can also help them support people in Northern Ireland who are living with cancer. 

  

 

Joanne and myself have set a target of trying to raise £10,000 for charity this year and we will be doing various challenges and activities to try and raise the money.  The events so far we've signed up to are:

As many of you know I am not a runner so the training is complete torture and I’m sure the events won't be a pretty picnic either but its all for a great cause so any support would be greatly appreciated in helping us reach our target.
