I want to raise money for the Stroke Association in memory of my brother Daniel who died of a stroke when he was only 26. I want to remember him as a person that inspired me and others to live life to the full.

The first event I am doing is the great north run 10k in Manchester. For all of you that know me 10k is a long way so please be generous. Next I am signed up for the Great North swim in September so I will bother you for sponsorship again then..
