Hi all, thanks for visiting my Just Giving site. Most of you will know that very sadly Becca and I lost our daughter Maisie in February, just before she was due to be born. Lots of really good things have come from us having her in our lives. We focused on all the positives to help us get through the grief of losing her and have learned a great deal about ourselves as a result. One of the less important positives that has come out of the experience is that I have lost 3 stone getting fit for this race!

I'm running for SANDS (Stillbirth & Neonatal Death Society). This is a fantastic charity that provides support for bereaved parents and their families. They also promote research and changes in practice to help reduce the loss of babies lives'.
