Grace took on the Aspire Channel Swim 2017, swimming the 22 mile distance of the English Channel over 12 weeks to raise money for Aspire, thats 1416 lengths of a 25 m pool. 

She started the event in September swimming 120 lengths a week since then and has now swam almost 16 miles with another 6 to go over the next 3 weeks. Its been pretty tough some days, she's been doing a lot of swimming but really enjoying it... 

Every eight hours someone is paralysed by a Spinal Cord Injury and Aspire provides the essential equipment, advice, housing and grants that spinal cord injured people need to live their lives independently. This is a big challenge, but the more she raises, the more of a difference she'll make, so please be generous!
