Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Tough Mudder is one of the hardest events on the planet. 13 miles of extreme obstacles and extreme terrain.

Many of you know my story already but for those who don't, I had life changing spinal surgery in 2005 @ The amazing Queens Medical Centre in Nottingham.

My spine was badly diseased and required radical surgery that no-one else could perform, involving inserting multiple screws and rods into my spine.

Not only did they fix my spine but they gave me a renewed vigour for life which I have grasped and run with ever since.

I am running Tough Mudder to raise money for equipment that the spinal unit need to help other patients like myself.

I am also running to show other spinal patients just what you can achieve, even when your body is full of titanium.
