As you likely know the London Marathon is my 50th Marathon!  It has long been a goal of mine to complete 50 marathons and 8 ultramarthons all within my 50th year.  To make my goal more meaningful, I am running on behalf of a charity.  I chose Help the Hospices because the hospice movement is providing critical care to people at a time when care is necessary but often unavailable from other sources.  Hospice care is changing the way we treat our loved ones and may in fact provide assistance to any one of us.
