Hello you lovely people,

As some of you may remember nearly four years ago, I undertook a sponsored weight loss in aid of the LGF. Well that worked and I got down to a very slim line me.However time is a cruel mistress and the pounds have crept back on to the point where I need to do something about it.

So to give me motivation and at the same time raise money for a great charity I am asking everyone to sponsor me to loose at least 21 lbs in 6 weeks starting on Monday 19th January until Saturday 28th Feb. My starting weight is 18st 4lbs, so I am setting myself a target of 16st 11lbs.

So go on get the card out and put a few pounds on my page while I shed the pounds of the old body.
