Derian House is a very worthwhile charity in which my late Mum was heavily involved. Her idea of raising money usually revolved around having a drink and a good time ! I figured I would do something slightly more energetic before going for a drink and a good time.

I am not looking to win the marathon but I am hoping to finish ahead of the bloke in a full deep sea diving suit.
