For reasons now utterly beyond me, I thought it would be a great idea to do the London to Brighton bike ride for the British Heart Foundation.  Having started my training, the stupidity of this is now only too apparent to me.

But BHF is a fantastic cause (I might need them sooner than I thought at this rate!) - so I'm determined to do it.
