The 70.3 Half IronmanUK 2006 is a combination of a 1.2 mile swim, a 56 mile bike ride and then to finish off a 13.1 mile run, hence 70.3.

Having completed this event back in 2004 for myself I was keen to do it again. (mad fool) Anyway, I am not doing it on my own this time and will be looking for your support and therefore ask you to sponsor me via this web page so that I can achieve two aims 1. Completing the 70.3 for a second time and 2. Raising funds to help Cancer Research UK, McMillan Cancer relief and the Rotary-Ironman UK Nominated Charities.
