Hello,
This Summer, the Aidis Trust are walking Hadrian's Wall in 3 days. I'm helping as part of the backup team, providing drinks, refreshments, setting up the camp sites and I will be on hand if the team need any help.
I'll be running up and down hills, carrying tents, food , water and equipment. I might not be walking the walk but I'll probably be doing more lifting, carrying and technical support. As usual, I'll have the weight of Aidis on my shoulders

The walk is 84 long and tiring miles and we plan to do it over the 27th, 28th and 29th of July. We're doing this as a way to raise some extra funds to help us continue our work with severely disabled people.
I hope you can help by sponsoring me as part of the Aidis Challenge Team. Any money donated on this site will also give us 28% extra through gift aid....which is great.
I'm just pleased I'll be on the hill waiting with a proper cup of tea...grinning at them
Once again, thanks for any support you can give. Aidis is a really good cause that will spend the money helping disabled people access computers.
Cheers
John Onyon
