Three Mountains Challenge for Sightsavers

Taking Part: Jill Whillock, John Whillock, Eddie Prescott, Andy Blundell, Dave McPherson, Phil Bannister, Mark Langley, Mike Golding.

Rotary International in Great Britain and Ireland and Sightsavers International are celebrating working together for over 30 years by holding a three mountains challenge. Rotary teams from across the Country in 2008 have been invited to take part in a challenge to climb three mountains in England Scotland and Wales within 24 hours to raise funds for Sightsavers International on 28th/29th June 2008.

A team of six walkers and two dedicated drivers from Rotary District 1120 led by Jill Whillock, wife of Rotarian John Whillock of the Rotary Club of Tonbridge, have taken up this RIBI/Sightsavers challenge.
The team are actively looking for sponsorship, they have a target to reach of £5000.00, but naturally they are hoping to raise a lot more if possible.

If you would like to sponsor the team this can be done on line at

www.justgiving.com/johnwhillock
or contact John Whillock on 01732 355 958

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor us: Sightsavers International will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

So please sponsor us now! Many thanks for your support.

Regards John Whillock
