My personal message:

Yes, I know it sounds utterly ridiculous but I have decided to run half a marathon...I know I can't run it in heels and yes I have invested in some sports bra engineering (that's not me in the picture by the way). I am doing it for  a charity that means a lot to me and my family and supports research into  pancreatic cancer,a disease that unfortunately claimed the life of my dad in 1998.So anything at all you'd like to donate would be v gratefully received and will of course give me added motivation to shift my lazy backside off the sofa and out onto the tarmac

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Ralph Bates Pancreatic Cancer Research Fund will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

So please sponsor me now!

Many thanks for your support.

Jo
