I'm delighted to be associated with Get Kids Going and raising money for kids with disablities.

I'm participating in not 1 event but 5!  Yes, that's 5 events from July 2008 to raise over £2,000 for these kids!  So help me out!!  And donate some cash!!!

The events I'm doing are:-

- BUPA 10k Great London Run 20th July 08 (finished hungover in 44mins)

- London Triathlon 9th/10th August 08 (finished 2hrs 35mins)

- Nike 10k (Human Race) 31st August 08 (finished 43mins)

- London Duathlon Sunday 14th Sept 08 (finished 1hr 50mins)

- New York ING Marathon Sunday 2nd November 08
