Story

Thanks for visiting our fundraising page.

Derian House provides specialist care and support for children with terminal or life threatening illness. The hospice based in Chorley is often the lifeline for many families which gives them the strength to go on during the darkest moments. It gives their children a home from home, the best possible medical care, and as much fun and laughter as they can pack into their shortened lives.

With less than 2% of their funding coming from official sources, the reality is that whilst they are open 365 days a year they receive statutory funding for just 4 days! This year they need all the help they can get to help to meet their annual financial target of £1.45 million

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Derian House Childrens Hospice gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.

So please sponsor us now!
