This is me finishing my last marathon - for some reason I got disqualified !? 

It is actually me finishing last in my one and only triathlon !  This year I am sticking to one discipline and have high hopes of a personal best (never having done a full marathon before).

MENCAP are a brilliant charity and really deserve loads of your hard earned cash !
