On 21st and 22nd of July a group of us shall be cycling 100 miles in sunny somerset in memory of Liz - the much missed mummy of my best friend Helen who died of ovarian cancer in 2002.

We are hoping to raise awareness of ovarian cancer which on average effects 4,600 women a year as well as raise as much money as we can for the cause.
