I really want to help people live with cancer. I've been personally affected as my Mum is coping with it and agencies like Macmillan help us all make the best of a bad situation. Time with our loved ones is precious. Let me help other people have special times with their loved ones like me. I thought my last day with Mum was 31st July 2004, but through hospital treatment and help from Macmillan we're still sharing special time now. Like celebrating my efforts in the Great North Run last September shown in the picture opposite.

11th June - New Challenge! The Lanzarote 3 stage marathon is this weekend. A full marathon, split into 3 races and held over 3 days. Uphill, in the mountains, then downhill. Not London, but a great substitute!
