It is my turn to put some effort into raising some funds and hopefully to make a difference for some babies and young mothers in Uganda through the wonderful work of Child's i Foundation. Baby abandonment is a monumental problem in Uganda with more than 800 known babies abandoned in a year. This new charity is setting up a centre for the babies and more importantly an education programme for vulnerable mothers. The London to Paris cycle ride is a mammoth 300 miles over 4 days, so not having spent much time on a bike in the past 30 years, and with Victoria's wedding a month after the ride....ITS A CHALLENGE! Please support me and this great cause if you feel you can.
