Thank you for visiting my fundraising page.  I am running the 2008 London Marathon to raise money for St. Francis Hospice, a local hospice who offer specialist care to patients who have cancer or other life-limiting illnesses.  They also provide support to patients' families.   I can vouch for the fantastic work they do, as they looked after my dad in 2004 - they really did a wonderful job and, ever since then, I promised myself that I would give them something back.

The hospice relies on donations and fund raising alone - it costs nearly £5m each year to provide care for the 1600 or so patients who will use their facilities.  So, I'm hoping to raise as much as I can - anything you can donate would be very gratefully received.
