After taking part in the Womens Great Run and the Great North Walk I decided to apply for the Great North Run! Mad or what!!
I'm looking to improve my overall fitness and well being and running for charity will keep me motivated. 
I wanted to run for the 'cash for kids' appeal, because it benefits local communities and children.  The 1 thing that I'm most looking forward to is the massage at the end!
