About my charity : Sparkle Appeal - South Gwent Children's Foundation Sparkle Appeal - South Gwent Children's Foundation
Helping build a centre to support children with disabilities in South Gwent by providing a centre designed specifically with the needs of the disabled child and their families in mind. A place where children and their families can receive the widest possible range of treatments, therapies, support and advice – under one roof.

My personal message:

What a fantastic run I had yesterday in Newcastle.  Hope you all saw me!  The atmosphere was really good with plenty of different bands on the route of 13.1 miles.  The weather you could not wish for better running sunshine.  Plenty of spectators cheering you on and different characters running alongside you.  I did not see anyone famous apart from X Prime Minister at the start, more than likely you saw more than I.

So 2 down 1 to go, Cardiff 1/2 Marathon on a week Sunday 19th October a flat run so fingers crossed I may do a personal best.

Keep the pennys rolling in every penny counts.

My fundraising targets is doing very well, everyone has been so so generous and I still have a few fundraising events in the pipe line and will keep you updated.

I apologise for not having my sparkle shirt on but I was cold at this point.
