You may be wondering where I have been for the last 4 months, well now the secret is out, that person spotted jogging around the streets of Glasgow was probably me.  On 10th October 2010 at 10am I will be navigating the streets of Munich for 26.2 miles , finishing in the Olympic Stadium (lets hope its well sign posted...) in aid of SFR Family Support Trust , a small charity supporting employees and families of Strathclyde Fire And Rescue following illness, injury or bereavement.

For those who have been unable to avoid me apologies for the endless yarns on trainers, routes, miles, track, gels, protein, socks, city block,pace and the unusual changing facilities at Scotstoun leisure centre,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
