As you may or may not know the MND Association is a charity very close to my heart and thanks to many of you over the last few years, you've helped me to raise over £3,000 to help support the important work that the Association perform.

In the past I've organised a charity fishing match, ran the Microsoft 5K, the Silverstone 10K, the New Forest Half Marathon and this year I'm running my 7th Half Marathon on 21st March; the Reading Half Marathon.

Despite having run a few Half Marathon's each Half Marathon still presents a huge challenge for me. As well as myself running the race I am pleased to be joined by my brother Paul who is making his race debut. Together we are trying to raise funds for the association. So please help us along the 13.1 miles by sponsoring me directly and helping us to raise more money for a great cause.
