Thank you for visiting our Justgiving site.
This page has been set up in memory of Tim and Clair Smith's daughter Kaitlyn who was born 12 weeks prematurely on 25 March 2009 and died at the age of just 6 weeks on 6 May 2009.
She was born in the Royal Berkshire Hospital in Reading and supported throughout her short life by their special care baby unit, Buscot Ward. The nurses and doctors there did a fantastic job of looking after Kaitlyn on a 24-hour basis and it is our hope that although Kaitlyn passed away, by raising some money in her memory to help support their equipment fund campaign, we will be able to help them save other babies born as prematurely as Kaitlyn.
Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It's also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Bibs Babies In Buscot Support gets your money faster and, if you're a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.
Thank you for your support.
