Karaoke Aid 2 was on Friday 25th September, 2010 see here http://justgiving.com/karaokeaid2 this raised £2,530 for a local charity in Southwark, London called YourStory.

So over 2 events we raised over £5,000 for charity.

We asked people to donate to be able to influence which songs some of our victims (volunteers) & friends would sing on Friday, 26th February at The Crown public house, 108 Blackfriars Road, SE1 8HW

We had made £2,160 prior to the even and £240 via a raffle during, we had an initial target of £5,000, if we can make over £3,000 by the end of this week that would be a fantastic achievement.

Names of people that have donated online will go in a hat to be drawn at 1600 Friday 5th March, to win either a coverted extra large Symbian rubber duck, a t-shirt or fleece as modelled in the videos above.

The money we are raising will aid the victims of the Haiti earthquake and other people that are in desperate need of medical aid. This is through Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) (Doctors Without Frontiers), who are committed to providing medical aid where it is most needed, regardless of race, religon or gender.
