Well, I made it!   Last Sunday afternoon we rode into Paris in the sweltering heat.  A full week ahead of the Tour de France - those guys are just so slow.  London to Paris in three days.  It was hot, very hot, and very tough in places.  But it was a great experience.

I've raised over £1,300 for Medecins du Monde UK, including gift aid. Now I want to keep going and get that extra £700 to reach my target and to help Medecins du Monde provide healthcare where it is needed. 

As I write, MdM has launched an emergency response to the growing humanitarian crisis in Lebanon. Volunteer medical teams are running two mobile clinics east of Beirut providing essential care to people displaced by the conflict.
