As most of you already know from all my moaning about aches and pains, I have been training really hard over the last few months for the Amsterdam marathon.  Now although this a chance to fulfil a lifetime ambition, it's harder than I thought it would be.....most of all because it has totally taken over my life and I feel like all I have done with my free time over the last few months is run!  

So I'm running the Amsterdam marathon on Sun 19th Oct with my good friends Louisa and Nico. I've decided to raise money for Age concern cos I think they are a fab charity.  I'm also raising money for Red Cross on paper sponsorship forms if anyone prefers to sponser them or prefers to use good old cash. So please please sponser me so I have an incentive to keep going and drag myself towards the finish line when I hit "the wall"! It's all for a good cause.
