I am doing December Daily Dash in solidarity with Mark and Jackie Smith - they have personal experience of the excellent care and support Sue Ryder charity can provide to people and their families. Care like this can only be provided if there is adequate funding - only a small proportion of this comes from the government (and this may reduce as health care funding is cut across the board). This means in order for this invaluable service to continue, funding needs to come from us ( as well as of course protesting further NHS cuts and supporting a government that is committed to providing free and good quality health care to all!) 

So please spare anything you can this December and donate to December Daily Dash for Sue Ryder!
