I'm running the Royal Park's 1/2 marathon for Starfish, an international development charity who help children orphaned by HIV/AIDS in Southern Africa.

There are over 600,000 children under the age of 15, who have been orphaned because their parents died of HIV/AIDS. Many are left with no family and have to fend for themselves, sometimes even bringing up their little brothers and sisters. Starfish supports these children through its projects, giving them food, clean water, shelter and an education.

If you can help me raise £500, together we'll enable Starfish to feed 166 children for a month or send 23 children to school - how amazing is that!

No need to come and watch (honestly!), but if you could make a small donation it would mean a lot to me, starfish and most importantly the orphans!
