Why Bowel Cancer Charity? Well my Nana passed away a few years ago from bowel cancer so it is very close to my heart.  I believe if she had found out sooner she would still be here now.  So I am running the Edinburgh Marathon on 31st May this year for her and money raised will be for the Bowel Cancer charity to help fight this terrible illness. 

The furthest I have ever run is 13.2m in the Blackpool Half Marathon, so its going to be a challenge but one I am going to achieve for my Nana and for the 1,000's of people who are diagnosed and pass away to this kind of cancer every year.
