I can't believe that I'm about to do the FLM thing all over again......this is going to be my 4th and (probably) last attempt.  I would dearly love to improve on my best performance from 2006. I had actually hoped to do this in 2007 but the temperature on the day just got the better of me - pathetic excuse, I know. I also stuck to my promise of having a year off fundraising in '08 so it's a whole 2 years' since I've asked you for any money!!

The other reason that I've been tempted back to the tarmac is the opoortunity to run for such an amazing charity. Now a full-time resident in Wales, I've become involved in various local business activities and a networking group I belong to, has adopted Ty Hafan as it's nominated charity. Please take the time to have a look at the charity information - they really do such an amazing job for terminally ill children but rely heavily on charitable donations.  If I'm going to wear out my knees and feet, (and that's a very real possibility given the state of my feet) I can't think of a better reason!
