As some of you may know I'm running the Flora London Marathon 2009 - to raise money for Capital 95.8's charity Help A London Child.

It's a charity that helps poor and needy children across the whole of London. And after having visited several of the projects that HALC works with, I've seen first hand the great and vital work that the charity carries out. And what a difference it makes to so many children's lives.
