Hi Everyone. I am entering a 5km run to raise funds for a great charity called "The Smile Train". My dogs Jack(pictured here with the begging eyes) and Chilli are helping me train by taking me for a run every day.

This charity raises funds to be able to operate free on children and babies with cleft lip and palates, in developing countries. The surgery costs as little as $250 and takes about 45mins, however many parents in these countries can barely  afford the trip to the hospital, let alone the operation.
