I've always thought you would have to be insane to run a marathon, so apparently I'm insane...

I'll be running with a group of Biomedical Science students and the charity we will be supporting is AICR. The Association for International Cancer Research is a great charity that has made some amazing breakthroughs in the prevention and treatment of cancer and they continue to work hard to find a way to beat cancer. 

I not only want to raise money for my friend Lisa, who recently passed away from cancer, but also for my gran who is currently recovering from cancer for the 4th time. This means I'm beyond determined to do anything I can to reach my fundraising target!

All donations are very much appreciated and will go to a GREAT cause!
