I'm taking part in the Adidas Women's 5k run in Hyde Park this September & raising money to a charity that is very dear to my heart...BLISS. This is a charity that works with the Neonatal Units in UK hospitals and supports sick premature babies and their parents in lots of different and very helpful ways.

In May 2006, our son Dhilan was born early at 31 weeks and needed lots of special care from the Neonatal Unit at Watford General Hospital. The Neonatal unit and all the consultants/nurses were fantastic and we are so grateful for all the care and attention they gave to our beautiful little boy!!

Despite Dhilan's poor start to life, he is now a very happy , active, thriving two year old and we are so grateful for BLISS for the support they gave us and we want to be able to help others that may find themselves needing similar support.
