hi, im doing this for Help for Heroes and will give some to my local Multiple Sclerosis charity too.

if you didnt know, my lovely doctors told me i have MS last year and i have been mentally arguing with it since.

to be honest i probably wont try this again, because i know i will probably end up asleep for two weeks afterwards as anything that makes a normal person tired wipes me out. so please help me out.
