I have taken on the challenge of proving to myself that I can do the Great North Run.

Obviously dragging my overweight and unfit body from Newcastle to South Shields will take some doing so to help spur me along I would like your support to raise money for BLISS.

As you may know, Oliver spent the first two weeks of his life in an incubator and BLISS were there for us with help and support. Oliver was lucky but others aren't and BLISS are doing all they can to improve the research and care of premature babies and their families.
